Have anyone experience a LIM Internal fault in io 500 loop card?..

LIM internal fault on software
And on panel Loop1 card fault
Do u have any solution?

Haven't return to that site yet..but i think its about the loop card

Have return to site..i think they replace the io datacard which is incompatible with io500
