actual devices are not shown in mapping menu

Dear friends,

When I connect to the panel and want to check the devices on the loop via mapping menu the devices are not shown in the mapping menu!
actual devices in loop statistics are all 0 (zero) and expected devices are true!
what should I do?

this is a common problem, it maybe as simple as a smoke detector not snapped in all the way.
open the slc loop with only a few devices and try and map it.
when the troubled wiring is not in the slc loop it will map
