Can not disable devices

Hi all Bro,
I dont know why my project after download to QS4 control panel. Other jobs like active LED, Active Sound,..working normal.
But when i get one alarm from pull, or detector. I try to disable these devices, the LED indicate disable on, but devices still on alarm in LCD, i check in : disable points, the points i want disable already store in, but the alarm LCD still on...

Please help me some advices.

this maybe normal for the QS. The EST3 panel as a option to (restore on disable) which maybe what you are thinking?

I have 2 projects, can not disable devices. With the EST3 panel this problem had fixed. But the QS4 Panel still can not find the reason!!

If its firmware is behaving like est2 then you have to disable the alarm before it occurs.
