If you leave the Default Alarm/sup/trouble strings blank you will get the below message.
"The dialer is configured with blank messages. each event associated with blank default messages will result in a default string being assigned by the system"
If you leave it blank the system will make a shit mess out of the signals sent to the CMS.
QS2.5 has a new report "CMS report"
Leave it blank and run the report, then insert the below string and run the report, look at the differences.
