Io500 /annunciator connection issues

I'm getting 001 LCL Trouble CommunicationFault on RLCD-c
details: P:00 C:** D:0009 Communication fault

RLCD firmware: V02.03.00
Tried eliminating wire dip switch address and boud rate and i'm stuck.
Io 500 panel cat/rev: 13

What can b the problem? Firmware? where can i get updated firmware for i0500 ?

Firmware should not matter. Did you enable the annunciator in the IO-500 programming? Is there a trouble on the IO-500?

If you only have a trouble at the RLCD, it is not enabled at the main panel.
If you have a comm fault at both locations, its either wiring or setting the correct address on the dip switches.

THanks i tried enabling it in panel but gives me alarm, tested the wire and tried assigning different address . does the panel gives address that have to be mach on annunciator ?
i'll try to see if there is address issue or does controlls have to have the key switch but that should not prevent it from working.
