QS4 EEPROM Trouble message

On the QS4 5 slot intelligent panel there is a trouble message displayed.
P:01 C:01 D:275
Card 01, EEPROM Supervision
System was tested and everything functions just fine.

EEPROM is where the data you program into the panel is stored.
Did you try reloading the panel?
Does hitting the reset clear the trouble?
