EST - hot fixes

Does anyone get automatic emails from EST for hot fixes or anything?
I spoken with tech support and they said talk to someone in training.
I have left 4 messages asking about it, no call back (just a little rude)
They may send one out per company and I never see it.

hi it depends on the level (strategic partner) your company had with edwards, certifications, account setup, etc.
