Guys!!!
I need your help, I have one project with 10ANNCPU cabinet and have a 3-REMICA remote microphone in it. What I don't understand is that the trouble led indicator in the 3-REMICA is always on even though I don't have any trouble event in the panels. I have zero trouble in the panel (I have 5 panels in the network 20 loops total including 2 repeaters, 1 ANNCPU and 1-10ANNCPU with REMICA). I also checked the end of line resistors in the REMICA and I already have 1.8K ohms resistor in the key in terminals. What I did not install is the trouble interface unit located at terminals 19 & 20. I haven't tried installing SIGA CT-1 in it. Would this be the reason why the trouble led in the REMICA is always on? What would be the possible cause of this trouble led indicator and what would be the possible solution? There is no message or indicators showing in the LCD that the REMICA has trouble.

Thanks

it's not the ct1
If you key the mic does it work, once I had the mic disconnect from the board
I thought there was switched to set on the board, I did not see any on the cut sheet.

try removing all wires excepted, power and the two 1.8k resistors, I think the panel should clear. (put a meter on the resistors)
if you did this on a desk with batteries not connected to the system at all you should be about to clear it.

leo,
got the solution already... i traced back the cable from the remote mic back to the asu and found out that it is connected to an atpint. thats the cause of trouble led to switched on. when i removed the atpint then the trouble led was gone. but the catch is, when we connect it through the atpint, the sensitivity of the remote mic lowers so you have a very clear message when you used it. but when we remove the atpint it is still working but the sensitivity of the mic was very high and if the surrounding area has a very bad acoustics there is a feedback from the nearby speaker. but when you announce on the other floors which is away from the mic, there is no problem with the feedback. thanks for the tips.

Hi Tukalo,

Can you help me with SDU configuration of 3-REMICA. Actually we have EST3x Panel with ASU, and a 10 ANNCPU with 3-LCDXL, 3-REMICA, 3-ANNSM and a 12SW/12LED.
I have connected Power to CPU and REMICA. And from REMICA 1 cable to Audio port of ASU
1. Is it necessary to connect key out cable also?
2. And while configuration in SDU what should I select for REMICA.? Or I don't have to select anything in modules tab.

Kindly suggest.
