QS4 with sra4 - sra won't silence when in trouble

I have a QS4 panel along with a SRA4. Whenever I have a device show a trouble and I attempt to silence the panels, the main panel will stay silences but the SRA will resound after a few seconds and stay in this loop if you try to silence it. Any thoughts what could be causing this?

I had a problem that was something like this, it was a wiring problem to the SRA but it did not like one.
try to move the SRA to the panel with a short piece of wire.

Finally got a change to figure out the problem. The Main Panel had software version 1.8 and the SRA had 2.5. Updated the main panel and all is good not it seams.
