Please share step by step for retrieve database form my panel QS1,
software + cable it'ok but i am cannot retrieve database form my panel

connect directly to rs232 port

old tech is right connect your pc to the rs232 port
now: tools -> retrieve
once uploaded you will need to go to "CPU revision" and set that to the right version.
or you may have dialer problems
if you can not upload via the printer port. close QS open hyper terminal do a history report
look on other post for port settings
by doing this it will check that the printer port and your pc is working right
sometimes QS panels to not like do play nice.
just keep trying.
