I have a QS1 that has a PT-1s printer installed. Every time the printer is powered, there is a ground fault on the QS panel. This just started. The printer was existing and was working normally until recently.
Is this ground fault normal when a printer is installed and it did not show up until recently? Ideas anyone?

install the IOP-3 is a isolator for RS-232.

the ground fault is common.
remove the ground lug off the plug that you plug into the wall, this will fix the problem
