EST Quickstart Programming Manual

It has been a few years since I last programmed a Quickstart, but more importantly i have misplaced a simple programming manual that was made up for me. Just curious if anyone has something similar they can pass on or something from EST.

can you give me a general idea of what is needed.
IE. dialer, elevator recall, preaction, switch panel or just a simple alarm comes in and all horns ring.

All of that to be honest. It has been about 4 years since I last programmed one, so some sort of refresher would be appreciated.
