QS_CU 2.5 installation problem

I downloaded the CU 2.5 from thealarmtech and install it.
It doesn’t work, when i run the CU it gives an error saying “Network initialization failed.\Permission denied, File:C:”
I tried to reinstall, repair and uninstall and install again- it is the same.
Any idea?

What OS did you install it on?
I am using XP and it works.

I got it Leo,
If I run it from the desktop shortcut, it’ll give that error I wrote you before.
I run it as an admin from the start-programs and it seems ok.
