Brivo panel stops communicating to website after 2/3 hours

If your brivo panel stops communicating to the brivo website after a few hours of working.

A problems has been found with cisco routers.
set the CISCO route port to half duplex. and do a hard memory to the router.( save it)

The routes are getting up dates that are changing the way it works with half/full duplex which is creating a problem with the brivo panels.

I've seen this behavior as well Leo. However its extremely inconsistent.. I was able to get it to work for a while on half duplex, speed 10 .. but 9 months later it stopped after switching out the switch for a new Cisco switch and even after setting the duplex/speed it never regained connectivity. I then tried connecting it to a $50 Netgear.. still nothing..

Do you have to power cycle the ACS controller after making these changes?
