hasp key problem in installation of fireworks 1.7

i get a problem while i setup fireworks 1.7 on windows 7 ultimate
i put the hasp key and in the setup of firework i entered the pin code from the certificate
but it gives me error i try another hasp key also the same problem
i'm waiting your help
