Summary box missing from event action

Hi All,

usually in the event action window, clicking on the yellow icon next to each occurence event will open up a summary table of all event listed under its catagory.

however due to unknown reason, i am not able to do.
for information, this issue only occur recently and it was working fine previously. have tried reinstall fireworks but problem persist.

any advice would be gladly appreciated.
