WinPak Pro 2005 Archive Database

I am running this software and suddely trying to do a Card History report, 4 months of information was missing. all services/databases are running. Rebooted and history returned but just from reboot date. I also noticed that the check box "Run from archived database" is greyed out in my report tab????
Panels are unbuffered, database maintenace/thresholds are good. Without restoring, does anyone have any advice?
