What event are you getting, "Valid Card, Door Not Used"? If this is the event you are getting and you are not using door contact switches, then this is the reason for the delay. To correct this, go to Configuration>Device>Device Map. Right click on the panel and choose Configure. Click on the SIO Boards tab, select the SIO board tab and click Edit below the list of SIO boards. Click on the Readers tab, then down to the right under Control Flags, put a check next to the option "Log All Access Requests as Used". You will want to do this for each reader on each SIO board. Once you have done this, go to Operations>Control Map, right click on the panel and choose Initialize, select all and click OK

Time the message appears in the windows "EVENT VIEW" and "AUTOCARD LOOCUP" after read card - 10-13 seconds
