Winpak4.4 Application Executables using only one cpu

hi i was wondering if it our setup or is this a default action of installing Winpak 4.4. I noticed that all the winpak processes within task manager, if you right click on the winpak executables, and you go to Set Affinity... that are only set to 1 cpu. Hence, the winpak application server will run extremely slowwww. I have this application installed on a virtual machine, with 8gb ram and 6vcpu. Can someone verify if they see the same default setting of 1 cpu for the executable of Winpak?

Everytime, the server restarts, I have to go in and change the affinity from 1 to all cpu's.
