Fire-Lite can recover the password via the Cryptic code "ex: 9D5123C261394978A5CF" that is displayed when the wrong PW is entered
To recover the Password the owner of the FACP will need to fill out the attached "Password Agreement"
(This is the same procedure that Notifier uses)
The owner will need to MAIL "Password Agreement" and "Original request" to:
Jason Knowlton, AET
Honeywell Fire Systems
Lead Professional Technical Support
12 Clintonville Rd
Northford, CT 06472
step 1: Request for password must be received in writing from the system owner on their corporate letterhead. Please include the system cryptic code displayed when requesting the password and the address of the FACP location.
Step 2: An individual with the authority to sign a binding agreement on behalf of the owner must execute the Fire-Lite Password Agreement document. The Fire-Lite Password Agreement document must be signed and notarized.
Step 3: The Original request on Corporate Letterhead and the Original signed and Notorized Agreement must be returned to Fire-Lite. No copies or faxes will be accepted unless waived by the Regional Sales Manager.
Step 4: The password will then be released to the owner or owner’s representative identified on the notarized agreement via phone only after Fire-Lite has received the original signed and notarized documents. Please note that in providing the password you are expressly acknowledging that you shall use the password at your sole risk and that you agree to indemnify Fire-Lite Alarms and a dealer from any liability arising out of the use of this password.
