You’re gonna have to call in a Siemens dealer. There isn’t anything you can do through the keypad.

Both programs use Microsoft access. Only fix I can think of is what you have already done . Notifier tech support will tell you to do the same . I just went through a verifier tools gateway crash . The first vision software did not play well with vft 10.0 . Ended up uninstalling both programs and go...

Yes it is , but unless you know the company that last programmed it , you will need to have your customer submit a password of the day request to Siemens .

The company I work for is a very big notifier dealer based out of Phoenix Az. We are looking for skilled/certified techs and inspectors. Nicet or csa would be preferred and notifier experience would be a huge plus.

That depends on the version . 10.03 & 17.02 were for Windows 98. Later versions worked with XP . We found a way around the windows 98 requirement years ago by using a dos based bootable flash.drive .
