When I looked at the options from the keypad I seen the option for mapping. I believe it said no. Can you describe mapping? Can I enable mapping from the keypad to replace this device then turn it off on the device is replaced?

Replacing a defective SIGA-CT1 Module on a QS1

I have a customer that has a defective SIGA- CT1 module (it got wet) on their QS1 panel. I have the level 4 pass code for the panel Can I replace the defective module with a new one and simply change the serial number through the keypad or do I need to have the software and download the panel? Thank...
