hello again,

Issue solved.

I tried everything, even though the passwords were default to begin with but none worked.

I just used the barrel key and system unlocked and came back to normal.

Hi there,

There is a QS1 panel with all the default passwords.
All of a sudden none of the passwords works and PC does not connect, it says wrong password.
Any suggestions.

That’s right, right in the beginning I explained that at what point trouble starts and that I changed the CPU …

It seems that it is working fine now.

On the QS4 5 slot intelligent panel there is a trouble message displayed.
P:01 C:01 D:275
Card 01, EEPROM Supervision
System was tested and everything functions just fine.

I had the panel examined by EST3 certified engineer and the found the power supply faulty.
Problem solved.

If I run it from the desktop shortcut, it’ll give that error I wrote you before.
I run it as an admin from the start-programs and it seems ok.

I downloaded the CU 2.5 from thealarmtech and install it.
It doesn’t work, when i run the CU it gives an error saying “Network initialization failed.\Permission denied, File:C:”
I tried to reinstall, repair and uninstall and install again- it is the same.
Any idea?

I did, tried with Vesion 3.5,3.71, 4.0

It’s a single panel for now.
I tried both single step and network at 19.2 and slower and faster baud rate too.
