I would recommend Lenel Onguard Software with M5 Conversion Boards.

There should be a small allen screw on the bottom. Depending on the age of the reader there will be two metal prongs that may need adjustment to make contact with the back of the reader. Otherwise it will be a reed type switch. Try adjusting the reader to make sure it fits securely .

Lenel Onguard (UTC) is now beginning to support Casi Micros in the field. If you take the head down, does it cause a trouble on any points?? If so, it's programmed. Is it just hat one point, or any point in the system?
