I am trying to find a ghost in one of our systems. It occurred to me that if you can see the map and where on the map the device is, an "unconfigured device" alarm may be tracked.

Any other thoughts?

Does anyone know if you can map the QS system when a device is in Alarm?

Thanks Eagle, I have been trying to find the device that causes a false alarm at one of our schools with 01-01-255 unconfigured device. I had found one siga cr that was flakey and replaced it some 4 or 5 months ago and that seemed to fix the problem until day before yesterday and now have had 3 even...

I am having a simular issue with a quick start. Would love to hear the insight!!
