EST3 device sensitivity report printout
Can anyone tell me how to interpret the numbers being displayed DIRTY: in a sensitivity report for analog devices? Is it a percentage of being dirty or do you have to convert the number somehow to get the percentage of dirty for the device? Please see the print out attachment below

Try re-sampling the wav file @ 9600 in Goldwave. I have used this procedure for several messages used on our systems.

Re: Est3 CPU Groundfault
Yes, I a have had similar problem. We discovered that a printer cable on the port 2 of the 3rd panel in the network had an intermmittent ground. And it only showed up when we did a master reset. Check if RS232 ports. Also could be an intermittent ground on RS485 channel.

Re: SIGA-SD Maintenance Alert
Thanks JimM.
After thoroughly cleaning the detector, the next day a map fault occurred. Diagnostics shows that the device personality had changed. Is this normal that you would need to reinitialize the loop and rectify after cleaning?

SIGA-SD Maintenance Alert
Does anyone know the procedures used to clean a SIGA-SD duct detector? Does anyone know where to find the documentation. I have not been able to find it on UTC-EST website?

SDU & key used on different systems
Is it possible to use an Edwards EST SDU and key on a Honeywell XLS1000 version of the EST3 and vise versa? I have a client very upset with Honeywell and wants to have our company perform any maintenance and upgrades, since we are already maintaining the access control and CCTV systems.
