As of now replaced card with new one and system is working,but would like to know the troubleshooting exercise for the same...........

card worked fine for almost a year and after that it is not communicating to software neither to local computer.But all my readers connected to controller worked for some days (16000 badges).
Can you advise me what might be problem and any troubleshooting to be done.
