We have printer connected to main panel and fireworks installed in PC. We are able get the detector labels from .OXP files. but also required detector serial numbers. does any option available to get printed, all serial number through printer of can save as file.

Now u can hide any trouble by selecting the "NO PANEL" option in SDU. what ever trouble it may be, just select and upload it. The trouble will be hide. the system works good and no sound from CPU also.

i am getting a trouble
comm fault
when checked in details it shows me BAD TYPE ACTIVE

recently i am used a new EST-SRA4 as repeater panel , but in that i am getting "001-MAINT ALERT"
with out any description. every morning the panel sounds it self
please help me resolve this problem...

my actual annunicator panel is qsa 1s.it shows ch1 communications problem . same in main panel as ann02 ch1 communications.
i tried with diffrent panel est SRA4, but it also faced same problem.
let me know which panels r support qs4.
how can i solve the problem

i tried autolean , even it is not communicating. n i lost my backup , tell me how to programme it.
